1. PLATFORM ADHESION

By registering an account on i24t.com, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. This platform provides access to managed trading and investment services. Participation is voluntary and at the User's own financial risk.

2. DYNAMIC RETURNS & MARKET REALITY

The User understands that i24t.com operates in live financial markets. Unlike fixed-interest institutions, our returns are generated through active trading. Therefore:

• Daily Fluctuations: Daily income is not fixed. It may increase or decrease based on market conditions, volatility, and trading performance.
• Negative Market Trends: In periods of extreme market downturns, profits may be significantly reduced or temporarily suspended. This transparency ensures the long-term sustainability of the fund and protects the collective interest of all investors.
• Management Commitment: While the Platform administration works diligently to mitigate risks and secure maximum possible returns, the User accepts that some market movements are beyond human control.

3. REFERRAL & AFFILIATE SYSTEM

We reward users for growing the i24t community. However, the following strict rules apply:

• Users are entitled to commissions only from genuine, verified referrals.
• System Integrity: Any attempt to exploit the referral system via "sybil attacks," fake accounts, or automated scripts will result in an immediate Permanent Ban and total forfeiture of all account balances.

4. FORCE MAJEURE & TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS

The Platform shall not be held responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: global financial crises, regulatory changes, internet infrastructure failures, or major exchange hacks. Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall i24t.com, its owners, or its staff be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss. The Platform serves as a tool for market participation, and the User assumes full responsibility for the funds allocated to their account.

7. ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING & WITHDRAWALS

The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals are processed according to our internal security schedule (typically 24-72 hours) and may be delayed during periods of high market volatility or technical maintenance.

8. DATA PRIVACY

We value your privacy. Your personal information (Email, Transaction Logs) is used solely for the functionality of your account. We do not share or sell user data to third-party marketing firms.
